Genelle's Avobanzo Salad

On hot summer nights, our whole family will eat this for dinner so we don’t have to turn on a flame. It is very filling and satisfying!

Place in a bowl: One large can of garbanzo beans (drained) One large avocado, diced/cubed The juice of one whole lime Chopped green onion Salt to taste

Mix well. Feel free to add chopped tomato, cilantro, cucumber, or minced red onion instead of green onion. Can be eaten alone, with chips, or over a bed of lettuce.
