Sunly's Favorites: All the Alliums Fried Rice

Submitted by: Sunly Yap, Principal Program Analyst, Office of General Services I often look for healthier and simpler versions of dishes. I came across Molly Yeh when watching the Food Network, and I am now one of her fans. I love how her recipes are a blend of her Asian and Jewish heritage. The All the Alliums Fried Rice is one of my favorites. It’s an easy, simple, and delicious vegetarian fried rice. I don’t use the mayo but do use the Sriracha. It’s perfect paired with Grandma’s Tepong Pork. Add steamed spinach and a cup of hot green tea, and you can call it a meal good for your soul. Recipe: All the Alliums Fried Rice
